As I write this (Feb. 12, 2012), genetically modified (GMO) food is making headlines - on Facebook, at least. GMO foods are reportedly being banned in one country after another, with Monsanto and Dow Chemical getting lots of bad press in the process.

The bad news: These reports almost never mention Bill Gates!

This isn’t just irritating (for me, at least); it’s just plain stupid. For those who don’t get it, let me explain.

Criticizing corporate corruption and ranting about various issues is cool, but it isn’t the end game. Criticizing corporate corruption in the abstract may not be a waste of time, but it’s terribly inefficient. How are you going to hold Mr. Corporate Corruption accountable - throw him in jail?

There can be no justice or true reform without accountability, and accountability means naming names. Of course, Bill Gates isn’t the only villain; there are literally millions of people around the world who need a dose of accountability. But some are obviously bigger players than others, and few are bigger than Gates.

Mr. GMO

In fact, Mr. Phony Philanthropist is probably the biggest spokesman for genetically modified food on the planet. That’s right, the man who thinks he’s God’s gift to education reform and who’s single-handedly vanquishing disease has been telling people that GMO food is the only solution for a hungry planet. Of course, he doesn’t even mention the consequences and tradeoffs; as far as Gates is concerned, there are none.

Bill Gates just wants to make as much money as he can before he dies. Money is the fuel that powers Gates’ megalomania. But this story is bigger than Bill Gates.

Anyone following current events may have heard about a new cold war shaping up between the U.S. and China, with Africa likely one of the major battlegrounds. In fact, the U.S. has long been at war with Africa. Bill Gates and his bastard attorney father were using Africa as one big public relations backdrop long before the U.S. government got all but two or three nations to sign on with George W. Bush’s Africom program, which was officially designed to fight the terrorism that really never existed in Africa to a significant extent.

Libya was one of the countries that never bit the Africom bait. Before he was murdered by NATO, Muammar Gaddafi was developing a vast underground aquifer, threatening to turn Libya - which already boasted one of Africa’s highest standards of living - into Africa’s breadbasket. That would have meant obvious competition for Monsanto and Bill Gates, who are hard at work sewing genetically modified seeds in one African country after another.

Could Monsanto and Bill Gates have played some kind role in the invasion of Libya? Bill Gates certainly never criticized NATO. In fact, Mr. Compassion never has anything to say about war crimes committed by NATO. Is he suffering from compassion fatigue?

And it isn’t just about GMO food. Gates’ obsession with vaccinating the unclean masses he loves to exploit needs to be scrutinized; he wouldn’t be doing it if he didn’t stand to make a lot of money. Mr. Know-It-All is also promoting nuclear energy, especially in China. And the gazillionaire who has probably never reformed a single school in his life is still jerking teachers and students around with his public relations stunts and errant experiments.

Wake up!

To get back to the point, even activists and armchair political junkies are ominously quiet about Bill Gates. Have they succumbed to the corporate media’s 24/7 Bill-Gates-Is-God blitz?

If you write something about GMO food, Monsanto or the de facto recolonization of Africa, do us all a favor and MENTION BILL GATES.

What would help enormously is some good Bill Gates art, like the two pictures at the top of the page. The picture on the left is a classic - and I was beginning to wonder if it might be the last of its kinds. It’s amazingly hard to find even flattering pictures of Gates that are in the public domain.

The picture on the right made my day; it’s the first political satire cartoon I’ve seen that draws a bead on Bill Gates’ vaccine dementia. It proves the maxim a picture is worth a thousand words.

We desperately need similar artwork drawing the connection between Bill Gates and GMO foods, nuclear energy and education deform. We need cartoons that put a little meat on the countless conspiracy theories swirling around Bill Gates - like an image of Bill Gates stabbing Gaddafi in the back.

In an interview with media whore Christiane Amanpour, Bill Gates sneers at the idea of "class warfare," doesn't think raising taxes on the rich will help much, seems afraid to say what he thinks about the latest Warren Buffet scam - and claims he helped Steve Jobs invent the Mac.

Does the continuing media avalanche of BILL GATES IS GOD propaganda make you want to grab a barf bag? If so, you aren't alone.

I visit Google News and type in Bill Gates almost every day, and it's like a black hole that devours truth and objectivity. The latest angle exploits Steve Jobs, who died of cancer recently.

Just for the record, I think Steve Jobs is an asshole, for a number of reasons I won't elaborate on here. Let's just say he was a typical corporate power junkie who didn't care about anyone or anything but Steve Jobs.

However, Jobs did give us some awesome computers (hardware AND software) and other gadgets, while no one worked harder to retard the IT industry than Bill Gates. And when you compare Jobs to Gates - whose crimes could fill an encylopedia - he looks like a saint. The famous Get a Mac commercials did a good job of exploiting Bill Gates' world famous nerdiness; if only they had hinted at his extraordinary greed, arrogance and sheer evil.

In today's headlines, BusinessWeek says Idolize Bill Gates, Not Steve Jobs. Byline: "Both leaders are highly admirable, but Gates used his talents in ways that stretch further beyond the business world, says Harvard scholar Maxwell Wessel."

Hmmm...Harvard; isn't that the school that has given us so many world class banksters?

In Bill Gates, not Steve Jobs, is the real hero, Bill Snyder says, "Steve Jobs was a great CEO, but Bill Gates has moved beyond technology and is trying to save the world. Why isn't he getting more recognition?"

No, SUPERMAN is trying to save the world, and he only lives in cartoons. If you really believe the BS about St. Gates, visit Seattle and check out the pig slop children are fed in the public schools in Bill Gates' home town.

Forbes weighs in with an article titled How Can Anyone Still Hate Bill Gates? A couple key statements: "People love to hate Bill Gates and I don’t think most of it is fair, especially in light of more recent events." "All that money you think Gates stole from you? He’s giving it back, with interest, to the world’s poorest."

This is powerful evidence that all that media propaganda isn't working. In spite of the 24/7 BILL-GATES-IS-GOD blitz, people love to hate Bill Gates. Moreover, it appears that I'm not the only person who "thinks" Bill Gates stole money from me.

But let's explore this in a little more detail. Suppose I hit someone over the head, snatch $1,000 out of their wallet, then invest $100 in some lucrative industry and pay some media whore $50 to promote it as "philanthropy." Is there anything remotely cool about that?

Think about it: Forbes is publicly admitting that 1) many people hate Bill Gates, and 2) many people feel that Bill Gates ripped them off, because he did rip them off. As if to compensate for his crimes, Gates dives head first into philanthropy. But how can we respect this asshole when he's never even offered an apology to his victims?

If Steve Jobs wakes up in Hell, it won't bother me one bit, though I'll continue using a Mac. But I'd like to send Bill Gates to Hell myself, and I'll be happy to write the son of a bitch's obituary, too - on my iPad.

Nov. 3, 2011 - The right-wing Seattle Times announced that Forbes has named Bill Gates the fifth most powerful person in the world, behind President Barack Obama, Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin, China's President Hu Jintao, and German Chancellor Angela Merkel.

Ah, Forbes. I'll never forget the time Forbes published an article about "education reform" in Seattle, starring their favorite comic book hero, John Stanford, the George Bush of public education. The author brazenly LIED, claiming teachers were impeding education reform, even making grossly exaggerated claims about their salaries while ignoring overpaid school officials (like John Stanford).

When I called Forbes on their bald-faced lies, they insisted that they had done their homework, and their factoids must be right. Liars.

However, this claim can't be far from the truth. Bill Gates is an incredibly powerful individual...conceivably the most powerful man on the planet. He was powerful (i.e. rich) under Bill Clinton and George W. Bush, and he'll still be a force to reckon with after Obama leaves the White House.

Obama's one helluva Uncle Tom, and he orchestrated the murder of Gaddafi and unmanned drone assassinations in Somalia. In other words, he's waging war against Africa. But Bill Gates will probably profit from the recolonization of Africa more than any other individual.

I wasn't surprised to learn that Gates "donated" money to the capital of the new nation of South Sudan, and I strongly suspect Libya was destroyed partly to eliminate competition with the Bill Gates/Monsanto "Greening of Africa" campaign, which would be more accurately billed Putting More Green in Bill Gates' Pockets by turning Africa into one big corporate agricultural dump.

In summary, few would disagree with the claim that Bill Gates is one of the most powerful people on the planet. What people need to understand is that he's also one of the most evil - and dangerous.

Well, here's a nice surprise: Bill Gates’ Education Buying Spree - For What? (Ann Kane, American Thinker, May 16, 2011).

The author apparently sees Bill Gates' lavish spending on education as part of his war against teachers - a theory I absolutely agree with. Gates obviously doesn't give a rat's ass about the kids.

The irony is that American Thinker appears to be a right-wing website. I haven't explored it in enough detail to gauge how right-wing it is. But isn't it ironic that the liberals who claim to be protecting our schools from the conservative hordes are turning a blind eye to Bill Gates - probably the biggest corporate crook on the planet?

As a sixteen-year employee of the Seattle School District turned education activist and six-time candidate for public office, I've watched with great sadness as Seattle's schools sink deeper and deeper into a sewer of...welll, whatever word describes a combination of corporate corruption and public apathy.

I consider myself a left-winger - but I've come to hate America's liberals. Seattle is an intellectual and ethical black hole, driving me to seek intelligent conversation with revolutionaries in Latin America, the Middle East and other distant locations via the Internet.

Anyway, Ms. Kane deserves kudos for what appears to be an intelligent analysis of Bill Gates' education subsidiary. I wish the corporate media would get a clue and stop portraying Gates as a philanthropist.

The author (media whore Gregory Frankenstein...er, Ferensteint) obediently calls Bill Gates a “billionaire education crusader.” Billionaire borderline pedophile would be a better description.

It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out the connection between video games and Bill Gates’ bank account. But how can Microsoft invest money in educational video games plugged by Bill Gates without looking sleazy?

Simple! Just let the greatest corporate philanthropoy in world history - the Gates Foundation - do the investing...Gates Foundation Kicks in $20 Million Towards Game Projects. If you don’t have time to read the article, suffice it to say that much of the money went to - drum roll... - Digital Youth Networks, one of the companies mentioned in the first article linked to above.

So why does this remind me of one of Bill Gates’ most transparently sleazy stunts, wrapping Xboxes in mother of pearl and given them to foreign leaders as “symbols of peace”? Earth to Bill Gates: Take your meds.

Is Bill Gates Afraid of Latin America?

I was just reflecting on how scarce globetrotter corporate philanthropist and career criminal Bill Gates has made himself in Latin America when I read that he was recently kicked out of Brazil (Brazil puts dent in Bill Gates' Amazon adventure).

According to the article, it was Gates' third trip to the Amazon, still not terribly impressive considering his frequent forays to Africa (where he pretends to care about kids), India and China (where he pisses on rich people he claims aren't as generous as he is) and Davos, Switzerland (where he babbles about his "creative capitalism").

Yet Gates used to visit South America quite frequently, where he would bribe government officials to use Microsoft software in their school systems. So what happened; is he afraid of the Bolivarian Revolution? Is he afraid that people who were smart enough to see George W. Bush for the monster he is might also see through Gates' media halo?

Is it possible that my article Chavez vs Gates might have even made Gates think twice about visiting the region long exploited by the U.S.?

Another pertinent question: Why is Gates interested in the Amazon. It would be utterly absurd to think that one of the world's biggest assholes might be interested in viewing wildlife, helping local schools or finding a vaccine that works against piranhas. No, Gates can only be dreaming of exploiting the Amazon, just as he has teamed up with Monsanto to exploit Africa.

So kudos to the Brazilians for giving Bill Gates the boot, which I think is a nice prelude to the next World Cup soccer games and the Olympics, both of which will be held in Brazil, a nation that has gone a long ways in throwing off the Imperialist Yankee yoke.

Wow, this is 2 funny. Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen has released excerpts from his soon to be published memoirs, in which he calls Bill Gates a backstabber.

Of course, that isn't news to those of us who have followed Bill Gates global crime spree...er, “career.” Gates rivals his pal George W. Bush and Obama as one of the most powerful and dangerous people on the planet. He may well turn out to be the Anti-Christ.

To put Paul Allen's comments in perspective, consider that Paul Allen is more than a Microsoft co-founder; he and Bill Gates are childhood friends. They attended the exclusive Lakeside School for Boys together, along with Seattle's favorite pedophile, the late Judge Gary Little, who taught at Lakeside.

Anyway, Allen claims Gates pulled a Newt Gingrich on him, screwing him out of his share of Microsoft's ill-gotten loot while Allen was wrestling with cancer.

The good news is that 1) Allen got screwed, and 2) he suffered a recurrence of cancer last year.

To put my comments in perspective, you should understand that Paul Allen has probably screwed Seattle taxpayers more than anyone else in history save Bill Gates. Consider the tax-subsidized sports stadium built for Paul Allen's Seahawks football team. Actually, the stadium is also home to the Seattle Sounders soccer team, another Paul Allen business venture.

The Sounders may be an even bigger insult than the Seawhores, because their uniforms advertise Microsoft's Xbox. Do you get it? A Microsoft co-founder turned multi-billionaire cons taxpayers into buying him a sports stadium, then uses a professional sports team to hawk Microsoft's sleazy merchandize. Grab your barf bag.

Then there's that uglier-than-Hell Experience-Me-Jamming music museum the arrogant King Paul had built in the shadow of the Space Needle, Seattle's most sacred icon. In more recent years, Bill Gates moved the Gates Foundation's headquarters to the Seattle Center, too – partially at taxpayers' expense.

So when Paul Allen calls Gates a “mercenary” opportunist, I say pot, meet kettle.

Paul Allen promised to give much or all of his fortune to charity some day. It would be interesting to know if he has invested any money in Bill Gates' investment firm, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. And will Allen speak out against Gates' phony corporate philanthropy in his memoirs?

If Allen helped promote the truth about Bill Gates, it would probably be the only decent thing he ever did in his selfish life. But if Allen's only gripes are with Bill Gates' exploitation of the holier than thou Paul Allen, then his memoirs will be little more than a vendetta, as noted by Seattle media whore Brier Dudley (Paul Allen's attempt to shape his legacy may backfire). Jesus, these slimebags all deserve each other...

After investing...er, "donating"...tens of billions of dollars to causes ranging from education to health care to feeding the hungry, Bill Gates has accomplished - well, what HAS he accomplished?

The last I heard, the global asshole was touting BIGGER CLASSES as his newest fix for public education. In the meantime, people who have lived as subsistence farmers for generations are being kicked off their traditional lands to make way for a corporate agricultural juggernaut spearheaded by Bill Gates and his friends at Monsanto.

Which begs the question: If Bill Gates either doesn't have a clue about the dangers of genetically modified food or simply doesn't give a damn, and if he's such an abysmal failure at fixing education - a polite way of saying he's actually ruined some schools - do we really care what this jackass has to say about nuclear energy?

To put it another way, if you favored nuclear energy to begin with, who would you rather have calling the shots - the clown behind Windows and the fabled blue screen of death or the folks at Apple or Google? Frankly, I'd have far more confidence in an iReactor than NuclearSoft.

When will the muddled masses who are slowly opening their eyes to reality - in the form of the military-industrial complex, banksters, Demopublicans and other evils - realize that Bill Gates is one of the biggest assholes on the planet???

Note to Bill Gates: If you really care about people, how about speaking out against Exxon, Chevron and British Petroleum? Never mind, we all know they're your pals. Fuck you.

OK, that's a tough question to answer. For starters, they're both pretty disgusting.

Instead, let's ask which one is a bigger parasite on the human rice. Mubarak would certainly win hands down in Egypt, which has helped the U.S. and Israel sodomize the entire Middle East. On the other hand, Bill Gates has done a better job screwing consumers and children around the world.

And Bill Gates has almost single-handedly returned Africa to the days of colonialism with his corporate vaccine and genetically modified food blitzkrieg.

In fact, I suspect Bill Gates is actually worth more than Mubarak. If not, he probably will be before long. And now that Mubarak is in exile, Bill Gates is official Anti-Christ.

Never accuse me of nominating Google for sainthood. It's a big corporation and is hardly free of corruption.

But even if Google's motto, "Do no evil," isn't totally accurate, it does carry a lot of weight when one compares the big G to Microsoft. The company's very name is a subliminal warning: Microshaft, Mickeysoft, Microshit.

But Microsoft's evil isn't limited to the subliminal. It's a cesspool of corruption. It's hard to imagine Google ever sinking as low as Bill Gates on his best day.

To illustrate my point, try to remember the last time you heard about anyone associated with Microsoft fighting for a cause. No, I'm not talking about all that phony philanthropy Bill Gates and his fellow whores throw around. When have the Microsofties ever rolled up their sleeves and really got involved in something that didn't involve money?

For example, what has Bill Gates, Inc. even said about one of the world's most embattled regions, the Middle East?

To put it in perspective, consider this piece of news from Egypt (Egypt to Release Google Executive):

"Google Inc.'s top executive for the Middle East, missing for 10 days after participating in Egypt's largest demonstrations in decades, will be released from government custody Monday, according to family members.

"Wael Ghonim, an Internet activist who has helped run social networking sites critical of Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak's government, has become a rallying symbol for the demonstrators demanding the resignation of the long-time president."

According to the article, Ghonim has "been a volunteer for Mohammed ElBaradei's political campaign seeking political change and more democracy in Egypt" for the past year.

Given the extraordinary conspiracies the ruling class is capable of spinning, we should probably be a little cautious, even paranoid, regarding anything reported by the corporate media. Could Wael Ghonim be an operative?

I don't know enough about him to have an opinion, but if he did turn out to be working for the dark side, it would still reflect badly on Microsoft. With its relatively clean image, a Google activist actually sounds plausible. But can you imagine a Microsoft activist being taken prisoner in the Middle East? I mean, how could anyone take an "activist" working for Bill Gates seriously?

If the CIA or Mossad wanted to recruit a high-tech spy to infiltrate Egypt's revolutionary movement, I don't think they'd choose anyone employed by Haliburton, Exxon or Microsoft. Get my drift?

Bill Gates’ ghost continues to pilot Microsoft from his new command post at the helm of the Gates Foundation. Microsoft’s embattled search engine, Bing, is now accused of - is it really hard to guess? - copying Google (Google: Bing is Cheating, Copying Our Search Results).

In not unrelated news, Seattle Mayor Mike McGinn says he can’t remember if he voted for or against charter schools the last three times charter school measures have been dangled before voters. Nor does he seem to know if he supports them now - at least officially.

In fact, McGinn is obviously working for Bill Gates and Paul Allen (who sponsored a 2000 charter school initiative), who would gladly sell out a generation of children for a few billion dollars more (Charter-schools idea back? Mayor talks with educators).

The following quote is priceless:

“It’s kind of like the Microsoft Connector bus from Seattle to that company’s headquarters, he said, saying he wonders why the city isn’t running that as a public service instead.”

Yes, Mike, the Microshaft Connector bus is indeed a good education model, and yes again, we’d love to see you force taxpayers to subsidize Bill Gates’ personal transit system.

Incidentally, I’ve never commented on Mayor McGinn before. Suffice it to say I knew he was just another corporate asshole even before he got elected. George w. Bush, Obama, Norm Rice, Paul Schell, Greg Nickels, Mike McGinn - is there really any difference?

I simply used Photoshop to make it look like Gates is wearing a Che Guevara T-shirt. OK, it was a sloppy job, but it helps me make a point.

If asked to describe this picture, most people would probably say "ridiculous!" But why?

Che Guevara was an intellectual, like Bill Gates, right? Guevara was a passionate humanitarian, Bill Gates a passionate philanthropist. They both rank among the most influential people of the 20th and 21st centuries. If Che Guevara was still alive, he and Bill Gates would probably be best friends - right?

Right, like Bill Gates is best friends with Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez. Let's back up and take a closer look at Che Gates.

First, Bill Gates is a computer nerd, not an intellectual. There's a huge difference.

Bill Gates is arrogant enough to think he can fix the public education system. He thinks he can end disease and world hunger. He even thinks he has a solution for global warming.

Reality Check: Under Gates' "leadership," education has actually continued to deteriorate. The dumbass has even been blamed for ruining entire schools. Similarly, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation has actually contributed to poverty and disease.

Che Guevara was a genuine intellectual. He was a doctor, a philosopher, a brilliant military strategist and a leading political figure.

Che Guevara traveled widely in Latin America and was deeply touched by the poverty and suffering he saw everywhere. He was inspired by a leper colony in Peru and bemoaned the sorry state of so many Latin American schools just moments before he was brutally executed - in a dilapidated school.

Bill Gates was born with the ultimate silver spoon in his lying mouth. His father's a very powerful and corrupt corporate attorney. Together, they built a criminal empire known as Microsoft, then founded an even more criminal enterprise, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.

The Gates Foundation is nothing more than an investment firm. Bill Gates' crusade against disease is nothing more than a scheme to get even richer via the pharmaceutical industry. His crusade against hunger is a scheme to get richer via genetically modified food and other corporate gimmicks.

The closer one looks, the more Bill Gates and Che Guevara look like different species. Guevara was a powerful athlete who was praised even by his enemies for his courage on the battlefield. Bill Gates is the consummate pussy, perhaps best remembered wailing and flailing his frail arms as he lies about competitors that are beating him through something he scarcely has a clue about - innovation.

Che Guevara was an advocate of socialism or communism, while Bill Gates likes to shoot his big mouth off about "creative capitalism" - you know, the kind of free market capitalism that let's people who make crappy software monopolize markets, exploit schools and manipulate the government, legal system and media, funneling still more money into their vast vaults.

Bill Gates is eager to fight for a cause - under certain conditions. It has to be a politically correct cause, and his choice of weapons is always money. Moreover, it has to be HIS money - i.e., money stolen from consumers or from taxpayers through corporate welfare - as that makes him look like a really nice, caring guy. More important, it gives him a financial stake in whatever cause he's fighting for. Bill Gates never fights for a cause that doesn't offer a financial reward.

Can you imagine Bill Gates picking up a gun and actually fighting for a cause bigger than himself?

Hell, when's the last time that gutless asshole even spoke out against something as inhumane as the CIA, the Pentagon or the International Monetary Fund? When has Bill Gates ever complained about the United States' treatment of Latin America? Bill Gates has voiced concern over the state of education in various Latin American countries, even donating money (primarily to countries that promised to buy more Microsoft software). So why doesn't Gates care about the impact of U.S. imperialism on the children he claims to care about?

Who are Bill Gates' heroes, anyway? He's never spoken a word in support of Hugo Chavez. In fact, he appeard to idolize Chavez' arch enemy, George W. Bush, who rescued Bill Gates from the justice system. If Che Guevara was alive today, I don't think Bill Gates would support him, and I can't imagine Guevara wanting to hang out with that amoral nerd with the whiny voice and flailing arms.

So viva la revolucion carried on by Fidel Castro, Che Guevara, Hugo Chavez and others who believe in a cause more important than amassing more than $50 billion by screwing people around the world 24/7.

And Bill Gates: Keep on fighting for your cause, you self-serving asshole. If there's a revolution in this country some day, and if that revolution ends with accountability, I hope to see you on the other end of a firing squad.

Bill Gates: A Critical Biography

If you type "Bill Gates" into Google, the first hit (out of 14,300,000 on April 10, 2010) is Wikipedia's account, which reads like a Microsoft press release. It could have been written by Bill Gates himself!

The first sentence: "William Henry 'Bill' Gates III (born October 28, 1955)[2] is an American business magnate, philanthropist, and chairman[3] of Microsoft, the software company he founded with Paul Allen."

Bill Gates is no philanthropist! And the article scarcely mentions Gates' countless crimes. If you want to edit the article and mention some of those crimes...well, good luck.

So I took advantage of Google's new Knol project to write the truth about America's software fuhrer: Bill Gates: A Critical Biography.

My Bill Gates knol has gained traction - but it still ranks nowhere near Wikipedia's propaganda piece in Google's search engine. If you type in "Bill Gates" + "corruption", then it ranks #2. (In fact, the top three hits are all mine.)

Please help promote the truth about one of the greatest corporate criminals of our era - of world history. Do whatever you can to publicize my Bill Gates knol; discuss it, rant about it, post links to it on your website, Facebook pages and other forums.

The Microsoftization of Government

Well, that didn’t take long, did it? Shortly after war criminal Obama was given the Nobel Peace Prize, the UN awarded the World Food Prize to an Ethiopian agronomist (Gebisa Ejeta) who’s apparently a big fan of genetically modified food.

About the same time, the media announced Bill Gates’ war against environmentalists, whom he claimed were hurting Gates’ efforts to feed the starving Africans only Bill Gates cares about. Oh, yes - Gates flew to Iowa for the World Food Prize award ceremony and to tout the Gates Foundation’s global mission of philanthropy, charity, mercy and all around goodness. All these coincidences prompted me to write a post about what looks to me like a big, sinister conspiracy (Bill Gates Wins Nobel Peace Prize).

Then, just a few days ago, it was announced that pResident Obama has nominated a former Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation executive to head the U.S. Agency for International Development. Rajiv Shah, who has degrees in medicine and economics, currently holds a senior position at the Agriculture Department, dealing with food security.

Shah had several positions at the Gates Foundation, including managing its $1.5 billion contribution to a global vaccination fund and helping launch the foundation’s Global Development program where he oversaw a $1.3 billion investment portfolio. He was running the Gates Foundation’s agriculture development program when he was tapped for the agriculture post as Under Secretary for Research, Education, and Economics, as well as chief scientist, at the USDA.

Writing for the Seattle Times - a right-wing Microsoft mouthpiece that endorsed George W. Bush for pResident - media whore Kristi Helm notes that Shah served as a health care policy adviser on Al Gore’s presidential campaign before joining the Gates Foundation in 2001 (Former Gates Foundation exec Raj Shah to head USAID, November 10, 2009).

Initially, Shah “worked as policy analyst and senior economist and developed an innovative program for vaccine financing” and “served as director of strategic opportunities and deputy director of policy and finance for the global health program.”
During his stint in Seattle, Shah also served on the boards of the Seattle Public Library (home of Microsoft Auditorium) and the Seattle Community College District.

Here’s an interesting paragraph: “The Gates Foundation has shown its growing clout in the capital with Bill Gates among Obama’s first visitors to the White House, influencing education policy, and Bill and Melinda Gates recently appearing before policy makers in Washington D.C., calling on them to maintain the U.S. commitment to foreign aid and global health funding.”

Of course, we’ve become used to Bill Gates experimenting with OUR schools and pissing and moaning about the H1B visa program in front of Congress. Even in these dire economic times, Mr. “Creative Capitalism” earns his nickname by attempting to ignore American workers by recruiting cheaper labor from abroad. Some philanthropist, huh?

This isn’t a trivial connect-the-dots exercise. Bill Gates’ continuing infiltration of government and ongoing attempt to commandeer education, the health care industry, the genetically modified food racket and probably motherhood itself poses a far, far greater threat to America and the entire world than Al Queda, the Taliban, Hugo Chavez, the Teletubbies and just about any other bogeyman our clueless “leaders” can dream up.

Bill Gates needs to be stopped! A good starting place would be a simple list of Microsofties who have infiltrated government, the media and other major institutions. A similar list should be started to keep track of employees of the law/lobbying firm Bill Gates’ father heads. (Sorry, I don’t know what its official name is this week.)

Of course, we’ve learned not to expect any help from the brain-dead liberals who call Seattle home; they’re part of the problem. If we could just get Hugo Chavez to step up to the plate and declare war on the most powerful member of the corporate mafia he so despises...

Starving Children Cry with Joy

OK, perhaps that title is a little misleading. After all, Bill Gates hasn’t really won the Nobel Peace Prize (yet). But surely he deserves it far more than the political figurehead known around the world as Obama.

After inventing the personal computer and becoming the richest person in the world, Bill Gates transformed into the greatest philanthropist in world history.* He bravely declared war on every teacher in America as he set out to recreate public schools in his all-knowing image. Next, he launched a one-man war against disease. It was Bill Gates vs AIDS, Bill Gates vs Malaria, Bill Gates vs Death.

Again, Bill Gates knows best. Thousands of AIDS researchers and activists voiced their contempt for Gates, but the high-tech sage was undeterred.

As the global economy appeared to be falling off a cliff, Bill Gates heroically gave a speech on “creative capitalism” in Davos, Switzerland. One of the world’s richest individuals, Gates pronounced the “recession” - which had seen millions of people lose their jobs and homes - “interesting.”

Shortly after it was announced that the United Nations snubbed Bill Gates in awarding the Nobel Peace Prize to de facto war criminal Obama, Gates showed his valor once again in declaring war against environmentalists.

Gates is already familiar with the battlefield, Africa, which might be described as Bill Gates’ favorite pet continent. Bill Gates cares very much about all the starving children in Africa. Really.

No one has done more to fight AIDS in Africa than the almighty Bill Gates. He has even visited Africa with his father so the dynamic duo could be photographed with starving children. Operation Photo-Op was simply heartwarming.

More recently, the all-knowing Gates has discovered that genetically modified (GMO) food is the solution to global hunger, and he has chosen Africa as the showcase for his born again Green Revolution. Unfortunately, an army of ignorant scientists and environmentalists think they’re smarter than Bill Gates.

Of course, Africa is also starved for Windows and other Microsoft software programs. Thus, AIDS activism, genetically modified food and Windows are shaping up as the Bill Gates Trilogy - the three pillars of goodness that can transform Africa into a really cool continent, even if relatively few residents own an iPhone.

The Nobel Prize would have given so much well deserved publicity to genetically modified food, Windows and Bill Gates’ one-man crusade against disease. It’s hard to comprehend how Obama - who never markeed a software program based on ideas stolen from other people in his life - could have won out over Gates.

Dueling Prizes

In other news, the UN awarded a much less controversial prize when Ethiopian agronomist Gebisa Ejeta won the $250,000 World Food Prize.

The World Food Prize is the creation of the late Norman Borlaug, who himself won the Nobel Peace Prize in 1970 for his work in creating high-yielding crop varieties. Borlaug’s “Green Revolution” is estimated to have saved over one billion lives from famine worldwide. Borlaug created the World Food Prize (known as the “Nobel for food”) in 1986.

Gebisa Ejeta was awarded the World Food Prize for his work in developing a supposedly superior variety of sorghum, an important food crop in Africa. Ejeta received a Ph.D. in plant breeding and genetics from Purdue in 1978. He is now a professor of agronomy at Purdue University in West Layfayette, Indiana.

Ejeta received the World Food Prize in a ceremony in Des Moines, Iowa on October 15, 2009. Coincidentally, Bill Gates spoke at the award ceremony.

Gates reinforced his image as a force for good when he announced nine grants totaling $120 million for programs aiding small farmers. He also drew a bead on the bad guys, warning that “The fight to end hunger is being hurt by environmentalists who insist that genetically modified crops cannot be used in Africa.” Gates moaned about the “ideological wedge” created by scientists who worry about GMO crops, fertilizers and chemicals, all of which become trivial when the starving children only Bill Gates cares about become a part of the picture.

A Peace Prize Conspiracy?

Wait a minute... Am I the only one to detect a series of coincidences which might almost be described as a conspiracy?

Obama wins the Nobel Peace Prize on October 9, 2009. An African agronomist who likes to tinker with plant genetics is awarded the World Food Prize less than a week later, on October 15. Bill Gates speaks out against environmentalists at the award ceremony in Iowa, about the same time the corporate media are publicizing Gates’ new “Green Revolution.”

Oh, yes - Norman Borlaug can’t criticize or even question Bill Gates’ crusade because Borlaug died on September 9. (Among other things, Borlaug might have opined that his Green Revolution - which adversely affected the environment - was eventually trumped by a problem Bill Gates doesn’t seem to care about: Population growth.)

Of course, countless people have come to suspect a Nobel Peace Prize conspiracy. Past winners have included de facto war criminal Henry Kissinger and America’s most famous bully, Theodore Roosevelt.

So what the Hell did Obama do to deserve the Nobel Peace Prize? He has actually escalated the war in Afghanistan and Pakistan. (I’ve recently seen the occupation described as the AfPak war.) Obama is also attempting to build several military bases in Colombia, George W. Bush’s #1 South American ally.

Well, if corporate interests can manipulate the Nobel Peace Prize, why not the World Food Prize? How hard would it be to arrange for the winner to be an African agronomist and GMO food fan and for Bill Gates to plug his latest scam at the award ceremony? How hard would it be to persuade the corporate media to yet again promote Bill Gates as a hero, his opponents (in this case, environmentalists) as villains?

Bill Gates vs Science

Just for the record, I was elated when I heard the news about Obama winning the Nobel Peace Prize. Why? Because it was such an unbelievably bad, even twisted, choice.

Few intelligent people can fail to note the enormous irony in the award. It will make Obama’s continued war mongering even more incongruous. And what about the continuing war against America’s middle class that Obama is aiding and abetting so admirably? The Nobel Peace Prize will hang around Obama’s lying, conniving throat like a bloody anchor.

The choice further highlights the fact that not even the United Nations is immune from corporate corruption and political intrigue. The UN is largely a sham.

For similar reasons, I was delighted to learn about Bill Gates’ new war against environmentalists.

Bill Gates has always been a son of a bitch. He proved himself a SOB while attending Seattle’s exclusive Lakeside School for Boys and again while playing games at Harvard. After launching Microsoft, it quickly became clear that Bill Gates and the corporate attorney he calls Dad are effectively career criminals.

The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation also makes it clear that they can be described as what I call “corporate pedophiles,” screwing children around the world (figuratively speaking; I don’t know if Bill Gates picked up any tips from the late pedophile Lakeside teacher turned judge Gary Little or not).

The problem is that it’s so hard to expose Bill Gates’ “philanthropy” for what it is. An army of media whores has brainwashed even seemingly intelligent people into believing that the Gates Foundation is nothing more than a vast charity.

The Los Angeles Times published a sensational exposé that revealed the Gates Foundation for what it is: a very shady investment firm. But that landmark article has been generally ignored and largely forgotten, even as rumors and conspiracy theories swirling around the Gates Foundation, medical research and genetically modified food continue to multiply. (What is the nature of the Gates Foundation’s involvement with Norway’s arctic “Doomsday Seed Vault”?)

I think Bill Gates cut his throat when he declared war against environmentalists. Think I’m joking? Check out this overwhelmingly anti-Gates discussion on the political forum Democratic Underground.

As much as I hate to say it, America’s teachers are largely addle-brained wimps, hamstrung by some of the nation’s most corrupt unions. During my sixteen-year stint with the Seattle School District, I quickly learned that the greatest obstacles to my reform efforts were my ignorant, apathetic, gutless “colleagues.” In contrast, most scientists are intelligent - and they aren’t united in bondage to the National Education Association.

Of course, scientists do have an advantage in science itself. The scientific method, which is based on truth and logic, is a hard beast for even Corporate America to kill.

It’s also possible that Bill Gates may have spread himself too thin. Attacking teachers even as he wrecks public schools has already earned Gates many enemies. Taking on the scientific community may be akin to Adolph Hitler invading Mother Russia.

Bill Gates vs Hugo Chavez

Finally, it was predictably arrogant for Bill Gates to promote himself as the father of a new Green Revolution. Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez has taken the baton from Latin American patriot Simon Bolivar in renewing his revolution, which Chavez has christened the Bolivarian Revolution. But Chavez is one of the good guys, with an impressive track record to prove it; he walks his talk. (Remember, Chavez hates George W. Bush, who was Bill Gates’ benefactor and ally.) Furthermore, Chavez is reaching out to Africa in his quest for allies willing to stand up to Corporate America.

Do you see where all this is leading? Imagine a blood feud between Bill Gates and Hugo Chavez over Africa. Wow! Could that make politics interesting and exciting or what?

A year and a half ago, I wrote an article encouraging Hugo Chavez to add Bill Gates to his hit list. Merely calling Gates a few choice names (anything from eduphilanthropreneur to asshole) and helping to expose his phony philanthropy could light a fire even the almighty Bill Gates couldn’t escape.

In this spirit, I’d like to thank Bill Gates for making himself an even bigger target. So come on, Hugo - stick it to’em; the whole world is watching.

Viva la Revolucion!

*No, silly, Bill Gates didn’t really invent the personal computer, nor is he a real philanthropist.
